Assignment Requirements

Our regular house sitter has cancelled due to a family issue hence the short lead-in time.

Care for Holly, a 12 year old female Staffy X. Maintain & provide security to our house.

The house is Hampton-style & only 5 years old. The gardens are extremely easy-care as there is reticulation & no lawn mowing, just some pots to water.

You will have full access to all areas of the house except for the master-bedroom & ensuite ie 2nd bedroom, 3rd bedroom/study, bathroom (with bath), kitchen, dining, living & alfresco (BBQ) areas. The house is a 5 minute drive from the coast (Sorrento Beach & Hilary's Boat Harbour) & close to the Padbury Shopping Village, Greenwood Train Station & Mitchell Freeway. A Trans-Perth bus-stop with services to Warwick & Whitford's train stations is within 100 meters.

There are 2 parks & the Hepburn Heights Conservation Area, where Holly can be exercised, close to the house. The extensive walking paths of Pinaroo Lawn Cemetery are also nearby.
