Care for Holly, our placid, low maintenance 13 years female Staffy X. Maintain & provide security to the house.

The house is Hampton-style & 7 years old. The gardens are extremely easy-care as there is reticulation & only a small bit of lawn mowing, just some pots to water.

You will have full access to all areas of the house except for the master-bedroom & ensuite ie 2nd bedroom, 3rd bedroom/study, bathroom (with bath), kitchen, dining, living & alfresco (BBQ) areas. The house is 5 minutes drive to the coast (Sorrento Beach & Hilary's Boat Harbour) & close to the Padbury Shopping Village, Greenwood Train Station & Mitchell Freeway. A Trans-Perth bus-stop with services to Warwick & Whitford train stations is within 100 meters.

There are 2 parks & the Hepburn Heights Conservation Area, where Holly can be exercised, close to the house. The extensive walking paths of Pinnaroo Lawn Cemetery are also nearby.
