Requirements: House on suburban block close to Lake Macquarie foreshore. Six year old lady border collie and 16 yo cat. Both animals gentle and loving, both are indoor pets who like outside time. Dog insists on a good morning walk and is then happy to rest for remainder of day. Cat does what it likes as only cats can do, but insists on lap time. No special house maintenance required apart from garden watering. Must be genuine pet lovers and no extra pets brought along.
