Opportunity for non smoker and clean sitter to live in a quiet street. Close to amenities and public transport (direct bus to city and 5 minutes drive from train station). Supermarket walking distance and shopping centre 3-minutes drive away.

The house is aircond and in-ground pool (electric vaccum) for summer - minimum easy maintenance required in the pool.

We have a 7-year old Labrador and a 8-year old cat. Both desexed, vaccinated and treated for ticks, fleas etc..Both easy to look after. The garden is fully enclosed/locked and minimum maintenance.
