We are seeking a responsible and reliable house sitter to care for our comfortable 3-bedroom home and friendly, cuddly cat in Ferny Hills, Queensland, for a period of five weeks, starting 16. August to 19. September.

Our home offers 3 bedroom, a beautiful garden and modern kitchen and bathroom. We're looking for someone who will treat our home with respect and provide loving care for our affectionate cat.

Responsibilities include:

* Pet Care: Feeding, litter box maintenance, and providing companionship for our indoor cat.

* Home Security: Ensuring the property is secure.

* Basic Housekeeping: Keeping the house tidy and clean.

* Mail Collection: Bringing in mail if required.

We are looking for someone who is:

* Trustworthy and dependable.

* Experienced with cats.

* Respectful of property.

* A non-smoker.

* Able to provide references.
