I have a cat who loves company. Also pot plants to maintain. I live in an apartment which is 32 steps up from the footpath (no life) so you need to be fit. The apartment is spacious and comfortable but no aircon - just fans. New Farm is an inner city suburb with easy access to transport and all amenities are within walking distance.
