Not yet 1year old my 3 bedroom new home plus Study/spare room is equipped with undercover barbecue (your welcome to use) with with table a chairs for you to enjoy a meal if you desire out doors as well as a well equipped kitchen with modern appliances. The house is also equipped with ducted air and vacuuming and has an alarm system.

Beautiful walk ways surround this quiet suburb and a 5 min drive will take you to Golden Beach or 8 mins to Caloundra and beaches where Poppy my (11yrs young) cross terrier pet pictured regularly gets taken for walks after hot summers days in the afternoons.

The house is also Wifi equipped in which you are welcome to take advantage of.

Poppy is to be walked on a daily basis early mornings and evenings and is not shy to let you know he wants to hit the pavement.He has the run of the house and no where is out of bounds to him.

I have a 2 small gardens out back and and front along with potted plants that will appreciate a drink in the mornings or evenings daily.

Please byo your food but help yourself to ingredients needed to assist with cooking in the pantry. there's also a vast selection of herbs and spices available plus the garden offers some herbs.
