Hi, I'm looking for a responsible person/s to house sit and look after 1 x cat and 2 x dogs for the above dates. All pets are friendly and vaccinated and in good health. The house is very manageable and would suit one to two people as there are only 2 useable rooms + living/tv and kitchen. But it does come with ducted a/c, Wi-Fi, 55" smart tv and a small back yard. I live close to a beautiful golf course, so there is plenty of open green spaces, including native wildlife like kangaroos, wallabies, cockatoos and kookaburras to name just a few. There are a few surf boards and a mountain bike you are welcomed to use if you decide this house sit is suitable for you. My main consideration is that the dogs (1 x jack Russell and 1 x staffy cross) are walk regularly.

As for what can you do around here, there is gym/pool (heated) down the road, the other way there is hot yoga and a modern shopping centre, did I mention the open green spaces? It does not feel like living in a capital city out this way. Alternatively the Gold Coast/Tweed coast is only 1 hour drive away and a great day trip. If you have any questions just ask :)
