Be self sufficient please,

Look after 1 x avairy,

Mixture of chooks, goose & guinea fowl,

Have over head sprinklers in both.

Dog,

Water pot plants & sm garden, lawns, mow etc

Nice beaches in my area & sight seeing depending on weather,

4 1/2 - 5 hrs drive from Perth

Unfortunately my house ditters have mechanical issue's & waiting for parts from the Eastern States,

So I'm desperately looking for a replacement please & thank you,
