We have a two story, four-bedroom house in a quiet neighborhood. Our holiday is booked in for 12th September, returning on 5th October, but would like handover with the sitter and have extended time period by a day each side. Our main requirement is to look after two, cavoodle dogs (they will be aged one by date of leaving). We prefer the sitter does not walk our dogs, as they are reactive on lead (not aggressive, in fact extremely friendly. Just difficult to walk on lead). Walking our dogs would only cause the sitter anxiety and, these dogs keep each other active playing together.

An important requirement is no sitter would be able to take this house sit if they are allergic to bees. We have a couple of hives located at the front of our property. To be stung by these bees is rare, as the bees go in/out away from the pathways and would not put a sitter at risk. Over course of 14 years, I have been stung three times and our son (14 years) twice. Husband has been stung multiple times, due to being in/out of the hives regularly.

Some garden upkeep, but just a bit of watering, but we only have a small amount of plants in front yard and back yard.

House cleaning - just standard here. We are tidy people, but we aren't fastidious.

Non-smokers only. Prefer couple or family with older children (concerns about dogs/bees with regards to safety).
