Have 4 pedigree Abyssinian cats. Never been outside of house so it is imperative that no external doors are ever left open. House is near waterfront. Garage available. 300 mtrs to waterfront, 100 mtrs to bus stop. 800 mtrs to train for city and shopping centre. Room renovated during 2019 with water views and a cool breeze both night and day. Cats to be fed twice daily, clean water and dry food changed daily. Litter trays to be cleaned daily and soiled clumps placed in plastic bags provided. They go in the rubbish bin every 3-4 days. No gardens, no dog to walk. Shower tiles must be wiped daily as water marks them (they are black). All cooking utensils and heaps of fresh linen for your use.
