Beach walks or local parks and gardens all 5 mins away. The house is a large 3 bedroom cosy home at the very end of a Laneway. You literally sit on top of the world with ocean/port views and rolling hills. Sitting on 1 and a half acres the property looks after itself with help of three sheep. It is extremely quiet and peaceful. If you are after clean fresh air, a quiet life with all amenities at you fingertips including gyms, churches, swimming, walking and even penguin watching in the early evenings then this is for you. This is an artist's home and is filled with original art and quality books including a cosy fireplace and heat pump for the winter months. A brand new kitchen and cool bathroom with a funky step in bath complete the scene. The artist's studio is separate and is not part of the living space.
