House sit WOODY POINT

**Dates:** 8th June – 29th June (3 weeks)

Hi there! We are looking for a reliable, caring house and pet sitter to look after our home, an old-style two-story Queenslander, and our beautiful dog while we are away for three weeks. If you love the coastal breeze and a relaxed lifestyle, this is the perfect spot for you!

**The Location & Home**

We are located a tiny 270-metre stroll from the waterfront—perfect for morning or sunset beach walks.

You are just 650 metres from a fantastic local cafe for your morning coffee, and just 1 kilometre away from the local pub, restaurants, a fish and chip shop, and a bottle shop.

You’ll be staying in an older-style two-story Queenslander that is fully enclosed underneath. You will have access to high-speed Wi-Fi and a comfortable bedroom featuring a queen-size bed and safe, off-street parking.

**Pet & Plant Care**

Your main companion will be a 9-year-old Mastiff-cross who is super-friendly and absolutely loves cuddles. Being a senior boy, he sleeps a lot and is incredibly low-maintenance—he gets fed twice a day and *does not* require walking. He is totally fine to be left home alone during the day while you go out to work or explore (he hangs out downstairs or outside only if no one is home). However, he does need someone around to sleep at the house overnight.

**Important Safety Rule:**

Our dog is strictly not allowed out the front of the house. Our absolute top priority is that our sitter is incredibly mindful of keeping him safely inside the house or secure in the backyard at all times.

**The Garden:**

We have a selection of low-maintenance indoor plants and a garden that will just need a quick water as required to keep them ticking over.

**Who We Are Looking For**

This sit is ideal for a single person or a couple who love gentle older dogs, enjoy quiet coastal living, and are naturally mindful about keeping gates closed for our dog.
