Assignment Requirements

Single storey house, 3 bedrooms (one used as a study/music room with fold away bed-settee), 2 bathrooms, cottage like, 10 minute walk to sea and shops about 5/6 mins max, Geelong 30 mins. away. Front and rear garden, fully fenced and gated although cat (Dirk) jumps the gate....!) 2 pets: Dirk a male white and Tabby cat fully bonded with Macca a 3 year old smooth Scottish Collie (Think Lassie with a short coat). Macca requires weekly grooming and daily walking, Dirk needs a groom every now and then. House has large screened Android TV, all mod cons, heating/cooling throughout main living areas, Wi Fi available, very supportive neighbours to the left/right of the house, grass might need cutting, stay in contact via Messenger or email. There's more but need face to face chat. There is also a modern passenger Ferry between Portarlington and Melbourne.

Dates are currently approximate, as I have not booked the air flight yet; but it will be around those dates.
