he house is walking distance to Belgrave township and train station in the Dandenong Ranges. It's in a beautiful forested environment and a cosy house with central heating and a wood burning stove. There's two bedrooms and a large study in addition to kitchen and open plan living area. The maximum would be a family of 3. There's a good veggie garden and a netted fruit orchard where the chickens live. There's not anything required in the garden at that time of the year but the chooks will need food and water and will hopefully produce eggs in return.

It would suit someone who works or studies from home and can be be with the puppies most of the time.
