Property consists of a modern 4 bedroom lowset brick home with double lockup garage. We love our home so security is a priority. House sitting will involve maintaining house and grounds, whilst we do have 3 hectares of land there is no maintenance required for the paddock. Gardening will be watering some pot plants and basic maintenance. We do not have pets and do not want sitters to have pets. We also do not have lawn to mow. We live in a semi-rural area with acreage homesites. Samford village is under 10 minutes away and provides shopping, many restaurants, service station, hotel and other services. Ferny Grove railway station is approx 15 mins away.

We are nature lovers and seek to attract native wildlife so we expect sitters to do the same.
