Modern (15yo) spacious detached 2 levels town house, 2 BR, 2 bathrooms, office, study, open plan kitchen, dining, living, internal double garage, decked rear courtyard and small easy care garden. Located in Castlemaine in Central Victoria, near bush and walking tracks. 1.3Kms easy walk into center of town, cafes, restaurants and shops. We have a 10 yo Murray river curly coated retriever female dog. She is shy, gentle and loves to be involved, and expects to be fed and walked twice a day.

We prefer our house sitters to be non-smokers.

We will be away overseas between 10 September and 5 October and are looking for someone to look after our house, and, more importantly, our dog, Bella. If you would like a stay in Historic Castlemaine in central Victoria, perhaps we could talk in-person or via zoom?
