House sitting of house and looking after (2) Ragdoll cats.

We will be travelling in Tasmania and southern states for about 4.5mths.

Request for house sitting to keep our house safe and have someone living in it while we are away.

Request for collecting mail from mailbox, we will have prearranged a lawn mower person for mowing the lawn. Just asking for person to keep the house tidy and clean and safe for the 4.5months.

The pet sitting is to be on hand daily for the two cats, that task is making sure they get fed and have water daily, dry food includes making sure the dispenser is topped up every 3 days. But you must be available each evening for hand feed tin wet food daily, check their water filtration has water and is working daily.

They also have two wee stations that require the absorbtion pads to be replaced every 3 days.

There is two outside catio areas that they spend a large amount of time in and are very self accommodating to come and go in/out of the house to these areas.

The house sitting person can also use the undercover van/caravan parking at the side of the house.

Power and water connection available, if they wish to use their own van during the stay period.

There is a fully fenced yard, but no dogs or other animals aloud to be brought onto the property sorry.

The house is only 2min drive from the beach, 2min drive to shopping center, hotels, restaurants all 2min away.

Medical, and hospital 2min away.
