Two bedroom superior apartment overlooking Prince Alfred Park. 200m up Chalmers Street from Sydney's Central Station. 20 minute walk to Town Hall. The guest bedroom has direct access to the large bathroom.

I have a 3 year old Jack Russell x terrier who needs a twice daily visit to the park. Few pot plants and balcony plants to be watered.

Building is well managed. Non-smoking common areas so non-smokers required. Under cover secure car park available.

Not sure of exact dates - negotiable tbh but July/August subject to travel restrictions.
