Whilst we have no pets to be taken care of, we do have a beautiful garden and lawns which we would require our house sitters to manage. There is an automated watering system and the gardens are very self-sufficient apart from pulling a few weeds and putting dead palm fronds as they fall into the wheelie-bin for collection. Lawns are not huge and during the time we are away will require very little attention. We have a big drive way so plenty of room for storage of a boat or caravan. Port Stephens and Nelson Bay is nearby for those who enjoy fishing. Great walks via a walkway through the Tilligerry Koala Habitat from our house down to the Bay, plus a golf course, tennis club and bowling greens within a few kilometers.
