Our home is approx 25 kms from Brisbane city and surrounded by great walking / running pathways or cycle if you prefer.

A lovely little coffee shop within walking distance five mins from front door.

Even though in city suburbs it gives you tranquility with gorgeous nature around, kangaroos, lots of bird life and wonderful sounds at night to listen too to you rest.

The home has a lovely pool in the backyard to cool off in on a hot summers day and very private with 20 foot bamboo surrounding the pool.

Prefer someone who works from home, student or retired person.

Pool would need to be checked for leaves and use net every few days.

Pump is automatic daily and turns off and on so easy to look after.

Large backyard to enjoy and have a picnic under the shady trees.

A few pot plants need watering in the summer heat.

Clear mailbox and place bins out on bin day and have life in our home not to leave vacant whilst we are away.

Home offers good security with remote controlled front gate and undercover parking for car in huge carport.

Dog loves human company, sut would suit mature person couple or someone who works from home.
