House sit Berridale

Morning light hits the Snowy Mountains foothills early, setting a slow, deliberate pace for your daily routine. You might start your day with a coffee from a local cafe in the village before heading out on long, winding walks with your charges. The surrounding bushland offers endless trails for sniffing out local scents, providing much-needed mental stimulation for dogs accustomed to wide-open spaces. After a morning of exploring, retreating to a quiet, cozy home base feels natural as the mountain air cools down. Life here centers on the rhythms of the seasons and the needs of the animals in your care. Afternoon naps coincide with the stillness of the valley, making it an easy environment for settling into a predictable pet routine. On weekends, a quick drive takes you toward the alpine regions or local farmers' markets, where the community gathers. This lifestyle demands a gentle touch and a steady presence, allowing you to act as a calm anchor for pets while soaking in the quiet isolation of the Monaro region.
