We would just like someone to be at the house to water a few plants, being winter there should be no need to mow. No pets to look after. It is an old Queenslander home, comfortable and warm, older appliances no dishwasher and shower is over the bath. Ideally a fit older couple as the house is high set on 13 acres tank water.

15klm into Stanthorpe, close to forestry for bush walking. Very quiet location. There is no fencing so not ideal for your pets to visit.
