I have a quiet good natured dog - half lab half golden retriever - is outside during day - sleeps inside at night + doesn't need to go out - needs a walk each day.

House is renovated 2 br in v good condition on half a house block with own frontage and off street parking - small garden - only needs watering - 5 min walk to station (but trains don't disturb) and village shopping strip with bars cafes etc.
