We have house on acreage with one dog. Prefer someone whos home alot as dog needs company. Hopefully a retired couple or someone who wants to visit for christmas. Need to water the garden and care for swimming pool ( not hard just keep and eye on water levels) .Dog is friendly but might be too much for small children.

Dog has smaller enclosed yard with high fences which is secure, needs at least one long walk a day.
