Assist with readying the house for sale e.g. packing contents into boxes for removal from the house.

When the house sells, there will be approx 4 weeks for settlement, so the sitter will have that period to find another placement.

The house is a 1960s Californian Bungalow, 3 bedrooms, 1 with air-con, study, living/dining with air-con, sunroom with dining table, sofa and chairs. 1 bathroom, tub & separate shower, separate toilet with handbasin.

1.0 klm to Toowong Village, shops, library, buses, train station.

House has been spring cleaned, carpets and upholstery cleaned, curtains cleaned.

Sitter to keep house clean and tidy, do normal housework at least fortnightly.

Sitter to use bedroom with air-con. Other 2 bedrooms to remain unused, but dusted and vacuumed fortnightly.No parties, no smoking in the house.

To keep the carpets clean, outdoor shoes to be left on the landing (front or back) when entering the house.

Again to keep carpets clean, prevent spillages on the carpet, food & drink to be consumed at tables in the sunroom, which has tiled floors, or the dining room.

In the study, there is a desk, printer, no computer. There is a landline, NBN modem, but no internet connected.

There is a one car garage under the house. The laundry is also under the house, washer, dryer, ironing board & iron.

The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, gas cooktop and oven, fridge / freezer.
