House sit Ashfield

I’m looking for the right person to look after my 5-year-old English Blue Staffy, Bear, while I’m away in September for around 4 weeks (dates TBC).

Bear is a lovely, affectionate boy who loves his walks, new toys, treats (especially cheese!) and plenty of couch cuddles. He is also quite independent and can happily be left alone for a few hours.

The main thing to know is that Bear is reactive around other dogs due to a past attack, so he needs someone who is confident handling him on walks and understands the importance of giving other dogs space.

Ideally, I’m looking for someone who:

* Has experience with Staffies or similar-sized dogs

* Is comfortable with a dog who is reactive to other dogs

* Is happy to stay at my place and look after Bear in his familiar environment

* Is responsible, caring and respectful of my home

* Is happy to give him plenty of company, cuddles and, most importantly, his treats!

I’ll provide a detailed guide with his routine, feeding, commands, vet details and everything you need to know about him.
