Assignment Requirements

Lovely, 3 bedder, 2 bathroom, well appointed and very clean house with HUGE garden available for caring and respectful caretaker(s). We're looking for responsible and demonstrably caring house sitter(s) to help care for a house proud family and cat + dog.

Stand alone brick dwelling, with older but well kept interior. House has parking off street for 2-3 vehicles. Electric kitchen with dual basket air fryer, high speed internet, Air con in sun room by garden, portable air con in master, all rooms with fans. Lounge room with streaming services, sound bar, and piano. Modern washing machine and dryer, large 6 burner gas BBQ, outdoor shaded table and entertaining area, nice networked sound system with outdoor speaker, expected kitchen equipment with automatic filter coffee brewer and grinder.

Responsibilities:

**Well trained Staffie/collie dog needs meaningful daily walks.

**Plants indoors and outside need watering on a regular schedule

**Dog poop picked up from garden semi-regularly.

**Cat let in and out as required

**Both animals loved, kept company and fed twice daily.

**Expectation is you are staying here every night

** Dog sleeps inside at night - both animals are social and need company.

Front yard done by neighbours

**Bins taken out weekly.
