We have 1/4 acre of landscaped gardens & Lawns that need watering every second day unless it rains, rain has been watering our gardens for the past 2 weeks every day we have Sunshine Blue skies then a nice down pour to water the gardens, the forcast has said there will be rain over easter do hand watering may not be needed.

We have a Cat that requires feeding and attention. He is an indoor outdoor cat that does his business outside.

Request a Couple or Lady..No Smokers..not suitable for children.

Wifi, Foxtel, Netflix one bedroim granny flat, we are house proud, Clean and tidy, we require House sitter who will clean up after themselved and leave the flat as on arrival with fresh clean linen, floors vacumed mopped, Dishwasher empty etc. Just as we will leave it freshly cleaned for sitters.

Upstairs complete separate house with own entry will have airbnb guests staying.

No cleaning to do as we will clean airbnb when we get back on the Monday.

Only involvement with airbnb is being handed the key when guests leave on the Sunday & letting us know via pm.

House has a pool, lots of sitting areas to enjoy the gardens.

5 minutes to Tin Can Bay 25 minutes to Rainbow beach.

Not suitable for inviting anyone over to our property.

Require sitter early morning around 8am till Monday 22nd around 12 lunch time.
