Assignment Requirements

Looking after two cats Whiskey and Franklin, they don’t like each other, so there’s a bit of cat diplomacy involved. Franklin is a very charming and affectionate stray, who came couple of months ago and stayed. I’m trying to find him loving home, if that happens during next month, it will be just Whiskey. She is very shy and probably would just stay in a room, unless you are a cat whisperer.

Apart from that, there are few pot plants that need watering.

House is 100 meters walk to ocean, 300 meters from Urangan Boat Club. 800m to the pier. It’s peaceful and quiet, except for birds. It’s a functional 1980’ house, that is waiting for many renovations. There are stairs, front and back. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, one bathroom and open plain living and kitchen. Downstairs is laundry, garage and couple of extra rooms. There’s no fence. There is space for a medium sized caravan in the driveway.
