Hi there, I need a reliable person to housesit my property while it is up for sale later this year. The dates above are estimates only until I buy another property myself and organise my property for sale. I have no pets to be cared for and I don't want other people's pets here either if that is okay. There will be Open for inspections being held where the housitter will need to make sure the home is tidy and to vacate the premises while they are occurring. This will probably be twice a week (once during the week and once on the weekends).

I need someone who can operate a standard pool filter and Kreepy Krauly equipment each day for an inground pool. I will be attending the premises myself at least once a week to do the chemical maintenance.
