Requirements
We have 2 dogs, 1 horse, 1 cow, and a number of chickens to feed. No gardening or mowing, perhaps a bit of watering depending on the weather.
Our property borders the state forest with walking and bike trails. We are about 15 minutes from the town of Kendall, 25 minutes to the beach and 40 minutes to Port Macquarie.
We have Foxtel connected and Starlink for fast and reliable internet access.
Our saltwater swimming pool is available for use and requires minimal maintenance.
