My house is fresh and clean with high ceilings that give a very spacious effect. I'd encourage you to enjoy the setting of my house as much as I do. There is a large garden and yard that is very private. The shade houses have automatic watering systems but need to be monitored and some pots need to be watered separately. My dog, Monty, is a Cocker Spaniel. He is very friendly and expects a walk every morning. Coco, the Tonkinese cat, will sidle up for a smooch at times. The budgie will need to be fed and watered weekly as well as the laying hens. Collecting the eggs will keep you well fed as well as picking from the productive garden. and the citrus should be plentiful in May. The fishpond needs a sprinkle of food at the once a week. I have lovely neighbors who will be aware of your stay and be of assistance if you need it. There is a shopping center with a Coles and doctors etc. in walking distance or a quick drive. It is a very quiet, peaceful and safe area.
