Assignment Requirements

I need someone to look after my two cats during my time away. The house is low maintenance and does not really require upkeep (apart from perhaps the occasional quick mowing of the tiny front lawn).

The property has a main bedroom with a double bed and en-suite toilet and bath and a 2nd bedroom with a King mattress and en-suite as well. Both are good sized rooms located on ground floor. Upstairs is a bright and cosy large living area with kitchen and a toilet plus laundry area as well as a balcony (no furniture on balcony)

The property was built in 2020 and I am the first tenant. The property is in immaculate condition. The floors are carpeted in the bedrooms and have beautiful hardwood floors in the hallway and upstairs.

I have converted the garage to a lounge area which is really nice for use as a covered outdoor area.

There is full access to wifi anywhere in the property
