Requirements
Northampton WA 50km from Geraldton and 20km From Horrocks beach for swimming and fishing. Easy walking distance 5min to shops but with a lovely rural feel and view.
Most of our garden is reticulated with a few new planting that will need extra watering.
Our lawns will need mowing and care of chickens.
