We are sure you would enjoy staying in our modern well-appointed family home, we keep it neat and clean. We are a family of four with two comfortable living areas. Available is a study to work from home, many books to borrow, an undercover entertaining area, veggie garden, an outdoor fireplace, ducted heating, great internet and wifi sound system. The kitchen has a gas stove and electric oven. Outside is a webber and a plumbed bbq with pizza zone. You will have your own room and bathroom with bath.

Our home is walking distance to the centre of town and public transport options. Though the house feels like it is in a residential area it is surrounded by the Ovens and King rivers and local bushland. There is easy access to the King Valley, the Alpine and wine regions.

We are looking for a sitter to look after Maynard, our 6 year old Staffy. He loves walking down to the local cafes for a coffee and dog treat as well as the 2.5 km loop around the levy bordering the rivers. Both sides have been recently built up with reasonable accessibility for fishing. We also have 6 hens with varying egg-laying capabilities but great scrap-eating success. We have 0.5 acres with veggie patch, sunny deck, undercover parking for a vehicle.
