House sit Kiewa
Assignment Requirements
No pets to be minded, unless you count our native friends which are abundant. 110 acres of bush only 17 Km from central Wodonga. Close to Yackandandah and the delights of northeast Victoria.
The house is empty but can be accessed for bathroom, kitchen, power and water. And you can camp inside if you want to. There is a small mature fruit tree orchard that you are welcome to access.
Jobs will include being a presence on site while we look for a buyer and keeping gardens a bit tidy. This will mean the use of a whipper snipper and maybe some weeding.
It may suit someone with a campervan or maybe a caravan who wants a private spot with their own private amenities.
The site is hilly so sitters would benefit from a reasonable fitness level to enjoy the lovely walks available around the 110 acres.
