I live in a mid century modern authentic 1970s house with us large swimming pool and garden. There is no lawn tomorrow just a garden to enjoy. Me and the house are owned by my pet cats who would very much liked someone who loved them and to spoil with their pears and attention.

Age has their own personality so why you’ll get begged for parts by one another is very shy and probably won’t want to watch what you’re doing but never want to be touched.

Experience with Long Head cats is very helpful because the breed of some of them is ragdoll. I have grooming scissors brushes and clippers which will be left out. Also have a pet carrier ready in case of the need to visit a vet unexpectedly.

Care of the house itself is relatively minimal. Put out the bridge on bin nights if you have been using it signed for any Parcel etc. You’ll have your own oversize bedroom and ensuite which are unoccupied so all drawer and cupboard space is available for you.

I’m having the room set up waiting for a long-term tenant.

Because I don’t know when we find the right applicant is quite possible that this house could extend slightly longer the departure date is fixed but the duration of the day is negotiable if that is a benefit to you.

The time is low set and fully Wheelchair accessible due to Myself being a Wheelchair user so of course anyone can live in it but if your knees don’t like climbing says it makes life extra easy for you

There is a beautiful park at the end of the street with playgrounds a lake a park from Cycling trucks disc golf and a criterium track Westfield Carindale is only an 800 m walk and there’s a bus stops on this street connecting to the bus interchange. At Carindale shops taking anywhere in the region. A few minutes to get onto the Bruce Highway but still a very quiet suburb close to Bunnings and a train station by a car. Carport and on street parking.
