My townhouse is located in beautiful Korora (Coffs Harbour) and is 200m from the nearest beach, Hills beach. Last December, the Rolling Bean coffee cart set up in the park at Hills beach - barista, Andrew, makes a fine coffee.

The closest shopping centre, Park Beach Plaza, is a 5 minute drive away. It has Woolworths & Aldi. Moonee Marketplace is an 8 minute drive north and there's Coles & Aldi.

The Jetty foreshore and the CBD are both a 10 minute drive.

Felix, a male 6 year cat, shares my home. Felix is very quiet, friendly and is an indoor cat. He can go onto the upstairs deck off the dining area.
