We are looking for a house sitter to stay in our lovely Paddington home and hang out with our sweet little cat, Jasper. Jasper is a very easygoing cat who likes to explore the neighbourhood and have cuddles at night. We like to keep him in the house in the evenings so we're looking for someone who can make sure he is safe at home each night before sunset and also keep him company. He has an electronic cat door so he comes and goes on his own but we set a curfew each night. He also has an automatic feeder so that part is easy! Because he is indoors overnight he also has a litter tray but he usually prefers to go outside when he can!

We are a professional couple in our 30s (Dom is a primary school teacher and I am a registered psychologist, currently taking some time off to finish my PhD).

Our house is a lovely 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom workers cottage in a very central location in Paddington, Brisbane. Two rooms are made up with queen size beds and the third is a study. It was renovated a couple of years ago just before we moved in. It is clean, homely, and cosy, with all the amenities you could need. Paddington is a beautiful suburb that is close to the city and full of lovely cafes and boutique shops. Everything is in walking distance with easy access to public transport and close to the city (approx 30 minutes walk/10mins on bus). Parking available on the street with a visitors permit for Suncorp Stadium event days. We have excellent wifi, and Apple TV with Netflix. All the commodities!

We're hoping to find a respectful and conscientious house sitter (preferably non-smoking), who will take care of our home and our beloved Jasper. Happy for sitters to have guests visit and stay but no parties. Please contact us for more information.
