We live in the northern part of Hamilton, close to the hospital and 20 minute walk into the CBD. Easy driving distance to the coast, Grampians National Park and Coonawarra wine district.

Unfortunately the house is not child friendly - OK for 7+. 2 friendly dogs to enjoy and chickens to feed and in return they will provide you with eggs. Our garden will need some mowing while we are away. Our house is a weatherboard with a wood heater and we will leave a supply of wood to use.
