Local bus goes right by the door every 15 to 30 minutes, and connects with Eltham railway station.

House has 3 bedrooms and a study, lounge/dining room, family room, ensuite bathroom and main bathroom.

House is on three levels with two staircases - 7 steps per level.

Air conditioning in two upper levels, gas heating in family room.

There is no dishwasher in kitchen, or clothes dryer in laundry. Outside clothes line, and a double line in the garage for wet weather.
