Assignment Requirements

Hey there. We have two small dogs, 1 cat and a lizard who will require daily feeding but no walks will be required as we live on an acre; they have plenty of space to run. There is also an outside, low maintenance fish pond. There will be no gardening or mowing required; July - September is a slow grass growing month :0) We really just need some humans in the house to provide company for our pets. As we already have pets here, we would prefer no pets of your own but that wouldn't necessarily rule you out.

You will be living in a 3 bedroom, open-plan house with a large deck providing lovely views towards the east. We have a large pool with an attached spa and plenty of greenery to soothe the senses. Although the house is a single level, it is raised so there are stairs to negotiate. The laundry is also accessed via stairs.

We live on a ridge so limited traffic noise but it is a rural road; we live half way between Mooloolah & Landsborough. It is a great location for accessing both the Sunshine Coast beaches, the hinterland and an hours drive or train ride to Brisbane. We are just 10 minutes from Australia Zoo and there are endless dining, bushwalking and shopping options all within a 25 kilometer radius.
