Small renovated 2 bedroom cottage centrally located in easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, cinema and bus stops. I walking distance of city. Small private garden. Parking for one small car. Care for one small Maltese dog who loves people, walks, cuddles and lots of company. Would prefer someone who will not leave him alone for long periods. Very good in the car. I realise this is over the winter period in Tasmania but my house is very warm and Tassie winters are not so terrible. there are a number of winter festivals and lots to do over this period.
