We have a small house block in a rural setting 9km from Tallangatta adjacent to Lake Hume. Brick with carport. Good fishing in Lake Hume, Dartmouth Dam and Mitta River. The High Country Rail Trail is nearby and is a popular bicycle and walking track. Tallangatta has large shopping centre and the main centres of Albury/Wodonga are 40 minute drive. The house is equipped with gas cooker. Heating is by combustion wood heater. Firewood is supplied and split. Would prefer husband and wife or couple.
