I am on 2.5 acres only 1 km from the shops. I have a dog (staffy) and a cat that live in the house. I also have 8 sheep, 2 alpacas and 2 cows that are all pets but obviously are not in the house!! The dog is my main concern as he isn't great being left alone for too long, so would ideally like a retired person/couple. The "livestock" wouldn't need a lot of care. Just checking water is always available and throwing them some hay once a day. We have WiFi and Foxtel and both gas log fire and under floor heating. House is a very comfortable 3br brick home. Plenty of garden if your keen. Quiet and peaceful surroundings with beautiful views across South Gippsland
