Pickup any fallen palm fronds, water small number of indoor & outdoor pots, mow small lawn strip out front only and enjoy walks on the beach while staying in our guest accommodation downstairs.

Lovely outdoor area in a renovated, clean & tidy heritage Queenslander home with mod cons, really close to the sandy Suttons beach and you will enjoy the seabreeze. You'll have a choice with your own personal salt water pool to swim in, or the local beach which is less than 5 minutes stroll. Coffee machine available or walk a few minutes to a couple of local cafe's.

Walk or bus to the local Margate shops and take time out on Sunday's for the fabulous markets less than 30 minutes away.
