We are looking for a house sitter because we are going overseas for 3 weeks and we have two ‘mature-age’ cats who are very settled in our house and who we don’t feel it is fair to put in boarding for this time. They also have a special diet (that we will leave fully prepared) so it is difficult to cater for them in a cattery. Other than that, they are relatively low maintenance but enjoy some attention in the evenings.

The house is in a quiet complex in Chelsea and has its own small (and low maintenance) back yard as well as extensive communal gardens that are very pleasant to spend time in. The house is an easy 15 – 20 minute walk (or 5 minute drive) to the local excellent beach, as well as local supermarket, shops, cafes and restaurants. It is also an easy 10 – 15 minute walk to Chelsea train station. The Mordialloc to Patterson Lakes cycle path is nearby – it is a great area for cycling.

So if you are looking for a relaxing break over Easter with easy access to the beach, and would like some feline company in the evenings, this could be the opportunity for you.
