I live in a quuet court with wonderful neighbours. Across the road is a reserve leading to a golf course. A 10 minute walk ( at my speed) the Waterfall Gully Shops including a beautiful bakery, grocery store, general store and a chemist. The beach is a 5 minute drive and Rosebud Plaza 10 minutes away.
