Looking for a caring, reliable house and pet sitter to care for my 8-year-old female Rottweiler.

About her:

* Large, loving girl who enjoys company and playtime

* Fed twice daily (morning and evening)

* Daily walks required — she is reactive to cats and some dogs, so large dog experience is required.

* Alternative to walks: a nearby creek she adores, perfect for fetching sticks

* Sleeps inside at night and is fine to be left alone during the day

* A meet-and-greet will be required before sitting to ensure you’re both comfortable

What’s included for you:

* Fast internet & streaming services (Netflix, etc.)

* Garage parking

* Home gym

* Quiet location with only one neighbour, nature reserve on two sides

* Short drive to local shops, cafes, and scenic walking tracks

Ideal sitter:

* Responsible, trustworthy, and respectful of home and pet routines

We will be home for 2 days between these dates (14-15 October) between trips.

We’re located in Caboolture, in the Moreton Bay region – a great base for exploring South East Queensland. We’re approximately halfway between Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast, with easy access to the Bruce Highway for day trips in either direction. Locally, you’ll find everything you need within a short drive, including supermarkets, shopping centres, cafés, restaurants and takeaway options. Caboolture also has good public transport connections, including a train station with direct services towards Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast. For those who enjoy getting outdoors, there are plenty of beautiful places nearby. Bribie Island and its beaches are around 30 minutes away, with the Glass House Mountains, walking trails and hinterland areas also within easy reach. The beaches and attractions of the Sunshine Coast make an easy day trip. Our neighbourhood itself is residential and convenient, making it a comfortable place to settle in and enjoy some downtime with Maya, while still having plenty of options nearby if you’d like to explore the region during your stay.
